13 Reasons Why

This book was pretty good, not quite what I expected, but it was cute and sad at the same time. This is also going to be made into a movie and the main character is played by Selena Gomez, Love her! So I'm excited to see the movie and would recommend the book too. It is a quick read.

The Perks of being a Wallflower

I read this book in a couple of days because its pretty short. I'm not sure how I feel about this book. It had me interested but not really sure why. It is going to be made into a movie and the girl Sam in the book is played by Emma Watson from Harry Potter. I like her. So this book will have to be a rated R movie for sure. I have never read anything so (bad?) Its about a boy who writes letters to a friend about his everyday life in High School. Its not how I remember High School, but maybe outside of Utah. I not going to say I recommend it just because it was a little naughty and not that great of a book anyway.

The Forgotten Garden

LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS BOOK! I couldn't put it down and couldn't wait to pick it back up when I had to stop to take care of my kids or house. I had a hard time explaining what it was about when I was telling people because it is about so many different things. It is a mystery, its historical somewhat and it has fairy tales in it too. Anyway here is a description of it.

A 4 year old girl is abandoned on a ship going from England to Australia in 1913 and the book hops around from past to present to tell the story, It's gripping - read it.

So good, its my new favorite!

Matched

So I've been reading so many books in the last little while that I decided I should put them on here before I completely forget what they were about.
Matched was recommended by Lacey before she went to the hospital to have Madden. I read it like a month after that because it took a while to get from the library.
Here is the book description.

In the Society, Officials decide. Who you love. Where you work. When you die.

Cassia has always trusted their choices. It’s hardly any price to pay for a long life, the perfect job, the ideal mate. So when her best friend appears on the Matching screen, Cassia knows with complete certainty that he is the one… until she sees another face flash for an instant before the screen fades to black. Now Cassia is faced with impossible choices: between Xander and Ky, between the only life she’s known and a path no one else has ever dared follow — between perfection and passion.

This book reminded me a lot of "The Giver" only it had some teenage romance. It was pretty slow at first but got more exciting towards the end. I think it will be part of a series with the way it ends too.

City of Bones

City of Bones by Cassandra Clare. This is a series called the Mortal Instruments. I really liked this book and am for sure going to read the next one. It is all fantasy and I know none of you are as into the fantasy stuff as me, and you probably wont geek out about it like I did. It was kinda like Twilight with the Vampires and Werewolfs and things, but not as much about romance, it has some though. This book is totally a young adult book, but hey whats wrong with pretending you're 17 again?

The Little Lady Agency

Hello...does anyone read anymore? I didn't read anything for a long time and then I got back on the train a few weeks ago. I read the Guernsey book and then this one. It is pretty cute. I love that the character is British and you can totally picture her perfectly the way they describe her. She is adorable. I stole this book from Gen but I don't remember her saying if she had read it or not. I didn't know anything about it and to be honest, coming from Gen's closet, I thought it was a LDS book. Far from it. Cute book.
